Company Profile Qingjian Group Co. Ltd (CNQC) was established in China in 1952, with its business scope covering domestic and international contracting and investment, real estate development, capital management and logistics. Since starting its international business from 1983, Qingjian Group Co., Ltd (CNQC) has now extended its market in more than 30 countries or regions, such as south-east Asia, Middle-east, Africa and Oceania with over 40 domestic and international branches. In 1999, the Group made its entry into Singapore with Qingdao Construction (Singapore) Pte Ltd. By 2003, Qingjian Group Co. Ltd Singapore Branch was established as a building and construction firm, taking on residential, civil engineering, commercial, institutional and industrial projects. In response to dynamically challenging market conditions in Singapore, the company diversified into property development, precast, investment and logistics industry progressively. As a developer, Qingjian Realty has developed a series of projects, Natura Loft at Bishan (2008), NiN Residence at Potong Pasir (2010), RiverParc Residence at Punggol (2011), RiverSound Residence at Sengkang(2012), and a lately launched condominium project River Isles (2012).
